Restriction of Hazardous Substances

Ideal Power’s Known Good Die (KGD) products fully comply with EU Directives 2011/65/EU and 2015/863/EU on the restriction and use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS2), such as lead, mercury, cadmium, and certain flame retardants. Ideal Power KGD products also are in compliance with IEC Halogen Free specification 61249-2-21 requirements.
