B-TRAN® Solid State Circuit Breaker (SSCB) Reference Design Kit (RDK)

The B-TRAN® SSCB Reference Design Kit is an 800 V / 63 A engineering evaluation platform for assessing B-TRAN® based DC solid-state protection. It enables customers to evaluate conduction loss, thermal behavior, bidirectional conduction and blocking, fast overcurrent interruption, transient voltage response, and system-level integration considerations for applications such as energy storage, EV battery systems, DC distribution, industrial power systems, and data-center power architectures.
