Restriction of Hazardous Substances

Ideal Power’s BTRAN product line, including TO-264 Discrete, SymCool Multi-Chip Module, and Known Good Die (KGD) packaged material all fully comply with EU Directives 2011/65/EU and 2015/863/EU on the restriction and use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS2), such as lead, mercury, cadmium, and certain flame retardants. Ideal Power BTRAN products also are in compliance with IEC Halogen Free specification 61249-2-21 requirements.
